A supplier has identified that when tenant details are added to a work order, the associated key number does not populate or display on the work order. This creates difficulty in quickly identifying the correct keys when access is required, particularly if the tenant cannot be contacted.

We request an upgrade to the work order functionality so that when providing a supplier:

Tenant details (name and contact information) are clearly recorded on the work order along with the relevant spare key number.
