Request to Nominate an Email Address Where the Response Email Will be Sent

Currently, the default email address of the recipient is reply@bricksandagent.com when owners, tenants, trades are receiving emails from the system. May we request to have an option wherein a specific email address can be nominated to be the default recipient of response emails. Thanks.

Can it be an email address nominated per User, rather than one email for a company though?
